OUR SERVICES

OUR SERVICES

teletherapy

We currently offer all of our sessions via teletherapy. These live video therapy sessions are available to U.S. residents and allow clients to meet with their therapists in a way that’s accessible and convenient. In conducting these sessions, we use a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform for your security and to protect your privacy.

individual therapy

Becoming a parent often comes with big emotional changes. You might be dealing with feeling anxious, experiencing scary and intrusive thoughts, depression, a sense of irritability, or feeling alone. You’re a great parent, but that’s not all that you are. Through individual therapy, we’ll work with you so that you can rediscover yourself. We’ll guide you to explore who you are as an individual so you have a greater sense of your identity all while helping you find more confidence and joy. At Guided Way, we’re here to support you and to let you know that you are not alone on this journey.

couples therapy

Relationships can be hard — add parenthood, mental health challenges, and the curveballs of life to the mix and things can escalate. It can be hard to always see eye-to-eye with your partner, resentment can build up and you might generally feel like you’re not on the same team. We’re here to equip you with the skills you need to communicate more effectively with fewer arguments, to bring the fun and laughter back into your relationship, to feel closer and more connected, and to help you get on the same page with your partner overall.

group therapy

Parenthood can be isolating, but trust us, you’re not alone. There are many others out there navigating the same highs and lows, feeling overwhelmed by the amount of information out there and feeling overwhelmed by their child’s big emotions. Group therapy can provide you with the skills you need to master what you’re facing, with the added bonus of connection and community.
